Shipping Issues and Exceptions
Please expect up to a 3-week delay for oversized packages (70lbs+) outside the contiguous U.S., including Puerto Rico. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, and shipping addresses cannot be altered.
In rare cases where out-of-stock products slip through our system, you will be promptly notified via email about alternatives or the option to cancel. If we are unable to reach you within 2 business days to confirm, the order will be canceled.
Domestic and International Shipping
Buy360 ships within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and selected U.S. Territories. We deliver to P.O. box addresses and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses with no extra fees through USPS. Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, international shipping is not available, and we only ship within the U.S. and the specified territories.
